Nice quiet retreat in Palm Bay I close proximity to lots of restaurants and right next to a park. This was our second time staying here and Kathy’s place was just as wonderful as the first stay. We will be back!
Our stay was great. The house was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. Kathy was so thoughtful she even made sure to have a fresh bag of coffee for us when we arrived. The location made it easy for us to get around. Kathy was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from check in to check out. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in the area.
We had the opportunity to stay at Mrs. Kathy’s home this past week while working in the Palm Bay area, and I can say without hesitation this was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this wasn’t just another rental. The home was spotless, professionally maintained, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I’m talking true turnkey - bring your clothes and your food, and that’s it. Every detail was dialed in. High-end finishes, thoughtful upgrades, and amenities that actually make your stay easier, not just look good in photos. What stood out most is how comfortable the environment felt. It genuinely felt like a home, not a temporary place to stay. That’s rare. Mrs. Kathy was an exceptional host - professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in what she offers. That shows in every aspect of the property. Bottom line: if I am anywhere near Palm Bay, I’m not even looking at other options. This is the place.
